1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling a participant in any West Valley Swish Academy program, the participant and their parent or legal guardian agree to comply with these Terms and all Academy policies.
2. Services
The Academy offers group training, private lessons, clinics, camps, leagues, tournaments, and special events. Schedules, locations, instructors, and prices may change.
3. Registration and Payment
- Registration, required forms, waivers, and emergency contacts must be completed before participation.
- Fees must be paid before participation unless an approved arrangement exists.
- Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
4. Code of Conduct
Players, parents, guardians, and spectators must act respectfully, demonstrate good sportsmanship, follow instructions, and support a positive environment. The Academy may suspend or dismiss individuals for abusive behavior, bullying, fighting, threats, repeated disruption, or policy violations.
5. Assumption of Risk
Basketball involves inherent risks of injury. Participants and their parents or legal guardians voluntarily accept those risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy and its owners, coaches, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and facility partners are not liable for losses arising from ordinary participation risks.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
The Academy may cancel, postpone, relocate, or reschedule activities because of weather, facilities, coach availability, safety, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Photography and Media
Unless a parent or legal guardian opts out in writing, photographs and videos may be used for the website, social media, marketing, and printed materials.
8. Privacy
Information is used for administration, communication, safety, and payment processing. Review the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
Academy branding, training content, photographs, video, graphics, and website materials may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
10. Changes
Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Nevada law.
