At West Valley Swish Academy, we strive to provide the highest quality basketball training services.
1. General Refund Policy
- Requests must be submitted in writing to swishacademy@outlook.com.
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
2. Academy Cancellations
If the Academy cancels a program, session, clinic, or camp because of weather, facility unavailability, insufficient enrollment, or another unforeseen circumstance, a full refund or future-session credit will be provided.
3. Participant Cancellations
At least 7 days before the start date
Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Within 7 days
50% refund.
After the program starts
No refund, except as provided for injury or medical reasons.
4. Injury or Medical Reasons
A prorated refund may be issued with a doctor’s note, based on sessions completed.
5. No-Shows
No refund is available for a scheduled session missed without prior notice.
6. Special Circumstances
Extraordinary circumstances are reviewed case by case at the Academy’s discretion.
7. Transfer of Credit
Registration may be transferred to a future session or another participant, subject to approval.
